About the Role:
- Location: Tamworth, NSW
- Facility: New community aged care home
- Positions Available: Permanent Full-Time RN roles
- Shifts: Flexible shift times – AM, PM, and Night shifts available
Duties:
- Leading your team of Enrolled Nurses and Carers to provide high-quality care.
- Medication administration and general RN responsibilities.
- Communicating with residents, families, and team members to ensure effective follow-ups.
- Role modelling professionalism, kindness, and integrity in care delivery.

✔️ Understanding of physical, social, and psychological care needs
✔️ Ability to work in a regional setting and commit long-term
✔️ Current National Police Check
✔️ Up-to-date COVID vaccinations (3 doses)
