About the Role:
As an Operations Manager, you’ll initially work on-site, while learning the business operations. Over time, you’ll transition into leading a team, overseeing projects, and managing daily operations.
✅ Hands-on carpentry & roof window installation
✅ Managing projects, stock, and logistics
✅ Leading a small, close-knit team
✅ Conducting site visits and ensuring quality control
✅ Working closely with clients, builders, and suppliers
✅ Occasional travel to Perth for training
What We’re Looking For:
✔ At Least 5+ years experience in carpentry(roof window installation experience a bonus)
✔ Strong work ethic & a "can-do" attitude
✔ Willing to be hands-on before stepping into full operations management
✔ Loyal, reliable, and eager to grow with the business
✔ Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
✔ Current driver’s licence
